Materials and gauge
We install 24- and 26-gauge steel panels with Kynar-type finishes, chosen for the exposure at your home. Near salt water, we specify the panel, coating and fasteners to resist corrosion. We install Metal Alliance panels, backed by our 5-year workmanship warranty plus the manufacturer's material warranty.

I researched roofing companies like crazy from Tampa to Fort Myers for my Bradenton home. I ended up interviewing about 5 companies in person for our metal roof because it was a little complex and needed to be done correctly.

The job was tricky because the metal roof that we had looked really good, so I was nervous that it would not be able to keep the same style or custom look.

Frequently asked questions
Is a metal roof loud in the rain?
Over a solid deck with underlayment, as we install it, a metal roof is not noticeably louder inside than other roofs.
Does a metal roof attract lightning?
No. Metal does not make a strike more likely, and it is noncombustible.
Can metal go over my existing roof?
In Florida we generally tear off to the deck so the deck can be inspected and fastened to code.
