- Re-nailing the deck to current code where required.
- New self-adhered or synthetic underlayment, drip edge, valleys and flashings.

- Permit, required inspections, magnet sweep, debris haul-off and a final walkthrough.
Choosing a material
Shingle has the lowest upfront cost. Concrete tile is the classic Sarasota look and is required in many HOA communities. Standing seam or 5V metal performs well in wind and salt air. Low-slope sections get TPO or modified bitumen. We price the options side by side so you can compare.
