Sarasota Roofing Contractor for Homes and Businesses

★★★★★

I researched roofing companies like crazy from Tampa to Fort Myers for my Bradenton home. I ended up interviewing about 5 companies in person for our metal roof because it was a little complex and needed to be done correctly.

Fadi from EPOCH was the first and only representative to come in, understand what needed to be done, and then work to create a plan that met all of our needs. The job was tricky because the metal roof that we had looked really good, so I was nervous that it would not be able to keep the same style or custom look.

However, EPOCH delivered in a way that actually made our home look so much better that I couldn't believe it. The darker roof made the house look amazing.

It certainly was not a simple job, but Miles the owner worked with Fadi at every step to ensure that every challenge was met with excellence.

Their guidance on the product, the color, and the finishing touches is something I cannot hype enough because that is the true difference maker. And because pricing matters, I was thrilled that they were surprisingly very reasonably priced. Especially for the A-team approach they took with our home. Quality. Quality. Quality. 5 stars all the way.

We recently had Epoch Roofing complete a full standing seam re-roof on our home, and we could not be happier with the experience and final result. Miles was a pleasure to work with. He was upfront and honest about the repairs needed and took the time to explain everything clearly. He presented us with two options, which allowed us to make an informed decision without feeling pressured.

Any time an issue or question came up, the team was quick to address and resolve it. Everyone did an excellent job keeping us updated on the progress of the project and communicating any issues that arose along with way.

Overall, we are extremely happy with the team at Epoch Roofing and the quality of the finished job. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and professional roofing company.

Honestly didn't know much about what I needed going in, but Miles made the whole thing pretty painless. He was straightforward, answered all my questions without making me feel like I was bothering him, and the work got done when they said it would.

No surprises or runarounds, just solid work at a fair price. The crew cleaned up after themselves too, which I appreciated more than I expected to. Would definitely use Epoch Roofing again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
