A good roof inspection answers one question: how much life does this roof have left, and what will it take to get there? Epoch Roofing walks the roof, checks the attic where accessible and gives you a photo report in plain language. Homeowners use it for insurance renewals, buyers and sellers use it for real estate deals, and everyone should get one after a major storm.

When to schedule one
- Your insurer is asking about roof age or condition.
- You are buying or selling a home.
- A named storm or hurricane passed through your area.
- You see stains, granules in the gutters, or slipped tiles.
- Your roof is approaching 15 years (shingle) or 20 years (tile underlayment).
What you get
- Photos of every slope, penetration, valley and flashing detail.
- Notes on the attic and decking where accessible.
- A clear verdict: good condition, repair needed, or plan for replacement.
- A written estimate if any work is recommended.

I don't own the house so I can't comment on cost. But when the owners had concerns about the roof, and they asked 4 companies to come out to inspect and make bids. I was there for all that, and was able to talk to all the individuals that came. As you would imagine, the comments went from nothing much really needed to be done (he didn't even get out his drone to look at the roof) to "really you need a whole roof replacement". Okan came from Epoch Roofing, walked the roof and said it had a lot of cracked tiles that needed fixing but that it was sound and anything major only needed to be done when there was a real replacement. He had suggestions about how to best do upkeep (power washing) and I am sure that his advise will be followed. Okan was personable, explaining everything he had seen and and at the time was the one that I would have hired if it was my home. Actually the owners must have felt the same way as they chose Epoch to do the repairs. In addition they has Epoch install gutters on the front of the house. While I was not here for the install, they look great. The work was done quickly and as far as I can tell efficiently. There was good give and take and I would certainly recommend this Company to anyone looking for Roof work.
